Terrible communication! I called to 3 different numbers of customer call and they hang up immediately when I asked if they speak english. After sending accident claim to 5 different e-mail address I only received one response 3 months later with information, that they received the claim.
Three months since the accident caused by their client and still have no idea what is going next and when (or if) I will get compensation for the damage.
FRAUDULENT INSURANCE COMPANY - STAY AWAY AND DO NOT INSURE ANYTHING WITH THEM

I'm evaluating the telephone experience. Maybe I wasn't capable of it, but I wasn't able to speak to the head office by phone, the telephone route was complicated. If you have an agency in your city, which I don't have, go there personally, but I have my doubts that it can give an answer to your question if you don't belong to that agency itself.

If I could I would also give 0 or -1, terrible company, terrible service. I am "followed" by the Carpi agency, making a claim with coverage and insurance I found myself having to pay a percentage of degradation which I was not told at the time of signing. I witnessed a telephone argument in front of me between the lady and the body shop because after 1 month the work on my car still hadn't started haha. I asked for support and help from the Milan agency and I found myself alone. Bad, really really bad and it's a shame because in terms of price they were the best, but seeing the insurer and the body shop arguing is a truly pitiful scene. IF YOU CAN SPEND SOMETHING MORE AND GO TO OTHER INSURANCE!
